This is NOT a traditional RN job.

We are looking for a well-connected RN who wants to turn their existing healthcare relationships into a recurring income stream.

If you already have connections with:

  •  Hospital discharge planners 
  •  Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) 
  •  Case managers 
  •  Assisted Living communities 
You can monetize those relationships immediately.

What You’ll Do

  •  Refer private-pay and long-term insurance clients to HomeWell Care Services 
  •  Build and maintain your referral network 
  •  Help families transition safely from facility to home 
  •  Collaborate with our internal team to ensure quality care
What You Earn

  • 5%–8% recurring commission on every client you bring in
  •  Monthly income for the life of the case 
  •  Bonuses for high performers 
   No cap. No ceiling.

Reality Check

If you bring in:

  •  10 clients → $3K–$5K/month 
  •  20 clients → $6K–$10K+/month
